Software Engineers

We have ample opportunities for people who have hands on experience in kick-starting software projects, with testing skills, for Sybase to SQL Server. He/she should be able to import data from multiple sources into a SQL Server database, likely without the use of an ETL tool like Informatica. He/She must have excellent documentation and technical writing skills to write up the FSD and other technical requirements. Candidate should also be able to write about aspects of knowledge learned throughout the project.

Candidate provides the highest technical expertise for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and control of the organization's server-class databases.

Candidate should be able to handle and lead the most complex or critical database management initiatives that generally involve multiple disciplines and multiple business groups, including responsibility for database architecture, design, integration, and/or data blueprint.

As a skilled technical expert, candidate will consult extensively with multiple client groups and cross-functional teams to provide strategic solutions, influencing long-range internal and enterprise-level data database architecture and management strategies.

Serves as a consultant on technological advancements. Provides oversight, mentoring and leadership qualities to less experienced staff. May represent the organization as an external spokesperson.: 10 to 15+ years of database design and administration management.
